Omron Comfort Cuff is supplied with the Omron M10-IT blood pressure monitor. You should measure around the widest part of your upper arm to check the correct size because the wrong size of cuff will not give accurate readings. The Omron Comfort Cuff is the only cuff that should be used with the Omron M10-IT blood pressure monitor and is suitalbe for medium and large arms measuring 22-42cm.
