The PillMate Multi-Dose Weekly Dispenser lets you organise your tablets and capsules for a whole week ahead. It has 28 separate compartments, four for each day for seven days. They are labeled for Morning, Noon, Evening and Night time dose, and for Monday to Sunday.The transparent sliding cover lets you take out the tablets in order through the day, uncovering the morning dose first. This syetem also alows you to check that all medicines have been taken, or some have been missed.

Some people prefer to use two separate tablet dispensers, so that when you finish the tablets in one, the other one is full and ready to use. You then have a whole week to fill the empty container. If you only have one container then you need to fill this each week on Sunday night or Monday morning.
