How York Tests Works

York Tests are home tests which work by buying a testing kit, and then taking a finger prick blood sample at home, and sending it off by post to be clinically tested in York Test's Laboratory. They then post the results back to you.

This tests for the most common 113 food intolerances, so that you can take positive action to minimise or eliminate them from your diet and monitor the improvement it makes to your health. You can also discuss the test results with a York Test advisor.
